[Case Study] Introduction of precise temperature control in resin cutting processing significantly reduces defect occurrence rate.

The ability to design air conditioning when installing exhaust equipment together is a major point of our proposal!

We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the concerns of customers engaged in resin cutting processing. In a workspace equipped with 10 processing machines, temperature management was insufficient, leading to variations in dimensional accuracy for each machine. We received a request to improve yield by thoroughly managing the temperature. In response, we proposed the installation of a booth using insulation panels, taking into account the layout of the processing machines and the workflow. As a result, temperature management in the cutting area was optimized, improving processing accuracy and significantly reducing the defect rate, achieving the intended goals of the installation. [Issues] ■ High dimensional accuracy is required for the resin cutting products being produced. ■ The temperature during processing affects dimensional accuracy. ■ We want to collect the shavings generated during cutting and keep the processing room clean. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
